Shipping policy

We aim to pack our orders as quickly as possible. Online orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Free delivery is available Australia wide on orders over $100. For orders under $100 or outside of Australia, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maison Gaia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

During peak season, delays to our usual processing times are expected to occur. Please allow an extra 5 working days.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bonjour@maisongaia.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
